Practice

Yamazaki creates cosmic light-art objects built on the principle of infinite reflection. His practice spans event space direction and design, exposition pavilion production, and public art, alongside numerous solo and group exhibitions. This year marks the 52nd anniversary of his signature work, CUMOS: A Universe in a Box.

無限反射を応用した宇宙的なライトアートオブジェ制作。イベント空間演出デザイン、博覧会パビリオン演出、パブリックアートなどを手がけてきた。個展、企画展多数開催。今年「箱の中の宇宙 CUMOS」は誕生52年目。

2006年以降、立方体万華鏡ワークショップは国の内外合計100回程を実施してきた。
